A. I have set as a major goal to provide outstanding client service.  I believe to do so one must provide service beyond expectations. 
B. As a member of the Spanky Roberts Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen my goal is to keep alive and honor his father, uncle, and father-in-law, who were all Tuskegee Airmen.

5. Two events you see as major life achievements:
A. Jerry hopes to play the classical guitar like the famous Andrés Segovia. 
B. Jerry is a good listener a skill when combined with mentoring helps young people open up and share quickly.
